At Prime Trikes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order trikes.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper assembly.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

4. Exchanges

  • We replace defective or damaged items at no additional cost. Contact us at support@primetrikes.com for exchange requests.

5. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
