At Prime Trikes, we are committed to delivering your order quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process and deliver your trike.
1. Order Processing
- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Domestic Shipping (USA): Standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
- International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination, typically 7–14 business days.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or courier issues.
3. Shipment Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can use this number to track your shipment directly through the carrier’s website.
4. Packaging & Handling
- All Prime Trikes are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Some models may ship partially assembled. Instructions are included for final assembly.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in their country.
- Prime Trikes is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
- If your trike arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and send a replacement when applicable.
